We are a third-party reseller. Every platform (Netflix, ChatGPT, Canva, etc.) has its own updates, security checks, and policy changes that are completely outside our control. So while we try our absolute best, there are some honest limitations on what we can guarantee.

Replacement within warranty (best-effort). Each tool has its own warranty duration shown on the product page. If the account stops working within that period, we will do our best to replace it free of charge â depending on stock availability and the platform's current state.

No replacement after warranty. Once the warranty period ends, we are unable to replace, fix, or compensate the account â please plan accordingly.

No refunds on delivered products. We do not issue cash refunds for any account that has already been delivered. We can only offer replacement (within warranty).

Exception â undelivered orders: if we fail to deliver your order within 7 days of payment, you will receive a full refund.

Things outside our control: sudden platform-side bans, password resets by the original owner, region locks, 2FA enforcement, plan changes, or new security policies. In these cases we'll try our best â but cannot promise a guaranteed fix.
