By accessing this website, registering an account, or making a purchase, you confirm that you accept these Terms and agree to comply with them.

2. Account Responsibility

You must provide accurate, current information when registering.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.
One Ayan Digitals account per person. Multiple accounts may be banned.

3. Product Usage

Shared accounts: Do not change the password, email, payment method, or any settings of the delivered account.
Personal accounts: Treat as your own; standard provider terms apply.
Do not share or resell delivered accounts to others — this voids any replacement guarantee.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in BDT and USD. The primary currency at checkout is BDT.
Payments are processed through OPayBD or other listed gateways.
Prices may change without notice; orders are honored at the rate paid.

5. Delivery

Most orders are delivered automatically within minutes. In rare cases delivery may take up to 24 hours. If your order is not delivered within 24 hours, contact support immediately.

6. Combo Packs

Combo packs include multiple subscriptions at a bundled price. The duration applies to all included tools as listed on the combo page. Refunds for combos follow the standard Refund Policy.

7. Prohibited Conduct

Reverse engineering, scraping, or attempting to attack our services.
Using delivered accounts for any illegal activity.
Reselling or redistributing accounts without explicit permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Ayan Digitals shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform or any delivered account.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms. No refund will be provided for terminated accounts.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh.

11. Changes

We may revise these Terms at any time. The latest version will always be on this page. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
