A Humble Note From Us

Ayan Digitals is a third-party reseller of digital subscriptions and tools. We do not own or operate the original platforms (Netflix, ChatGPT, Canva, Adobe, etc.). Each platform has its own updates, security checks, password rules, region locks and policy changes — and many of these are completely outside our control. We always try our absolute best, but please understand that there are some honest limitations on what we can guarantee.

✓ Replacement Policy (Best-Effort, Within Warranty)

Each product/plan on our site shows its own warranty duration (e.g. 7 days, 30 days, 1 year). If the account you purchased stops working within that warranty period, we will do our best to provide a free replacement, subject to:

  • Stock availability of the same plan at the time of the issue
  • The platform's current state (sudden bans, security crackdowns, region restrictions etc. may delay or prevent replacement)
  • You having followed our usage rules (no password change, no region change, no abuse of the account)

✗ No Replacement After Warranty Expires

Once the warranty period ends, we are unfortunately unable to replace, repair, or compensate the account — even if it stops working the next day. Please plan your usage accordingly and consider buying a longer-warranty plan if you need extended coverage.

✗ No Cash Refund on Delivered Orders

We do not offer cash refunds for any account that has already been delivered to you. The only post-delivery remedy we provide is replacement within the warranty period. This is a firm policy and applies to all products without exception.

If we are unable to deliver your order within 7 days of payment, you are entitled to a full refund. Just contact our support with your order number and we'll process it as quickly as possible.

! Things Outside Our Control

We want to be transparent: certain situations are completely outside our control, and we may not be able to fix them even within warranty. These include — but are not limited to:

  • Platform-side bans — sudden mass account suspensions by the platform
  • Original owner password reset — for shared accounts, the owner may change credentials at any time
  • Region restrictions / IP blocks — platforms blocking certain countries or VPN usage
  • 2FA enforcement — platforms newly requiring SMS / authenticator app
  • Plan changes by the platform — e.g. removing a feature, changing pricing, ending a plan
  • New security policies — device limits, family-only restrictions etc.
  • Buyer-side misuse — sharing credentials, attempting to change password, using a different region/IP than agreed

In these cases we will still try our best to help and find a workaround, but we cannot guarantee a fix or a replacement. We hope you'll understand this is the honest reality of being a reseller in this industry. 🙏
